Broiled Endives with Lentils
















Broiled Belgian endives from Trader Joe’s, provolone piccante, and lentils sautéed in agave nectar, lemon juice, and minced garlic. I doubled up the garlic from Naturally Ella’s recipe and subbed in shaved provolone (just freeze it before grating) for the goat cheese.

This was an outstanding, almost-vegan dinner that was quite easy to execute.
