Ladies and gentlemen, I had the ramen burger from the Bam Bam Truck last night. Layered between two patties of ramen smothered with secret sauce, there is an Angus beef patty, arugula, swiss cheese, a fried egg, bacon, kimchi, and scallions. It was delicious in all of its complex, cholesterol-laden glory. It was so large that I had to eat it with a fork. The ramen held together all the way through the meal, by the way, and was much more neutral and hearty than your typical hamburger bun. I know it’s just a fad, but it’s noteworthy.
